The Planning Proposal is to implement the following: o Amend the Land Zoning Map (LZN_006G) from RE2 Private Recreation to R3 Medium Density Residential, Amend the Height of Buildings (HOB_6G) from no control to 8.5m, Amend the Lot Size Map (LSZ_06G) from no control to 600m2.
