Rezoning of residential land at Old Lismore Road, Murwillumbah

Tweed

The proposal seeks to amend the Tweed LEP 2014 by rezoning Lot DP 1046935, Old Lismore Road, Murwillumbah from the current R5 Large Lot Residential zone to R2 Low Density Residential, facilitating a western expansion of the Hundred Hills residential estate. The proposal also seeks to amend the Tweed LEP 2014 to incorporate changes from the Council's Housekeeping Review relating to the estate, to reflect the low density residential character of the locality.
