Richmond Valley LEP 2012 - Spring Grove Rural Residential Rezoning
Richmond Valley
The proposal seeks to amend Richmond Valley LEP 2012 by rezoning part of a rural lot at Spring Grove from RU1 Primary Production to R5 Large Lot Residential. It also seeks to apply a 7,000m2 minimum lot size standard to the rezoned land and a 20ha minimum lot size standard to the portion of the site that is retaining a rural zone. The rezoning and amended lot sizes will enable part of the site to be developed for rural residential purposes.
