To include in Schedule 1 of Palerang LEP 2014, 'Self Storage' units as permissible with consent on Lot 4 DP 841326, Bombay Road, Braidwood.An existing self storage unit development was approved at the site by Council in 2004, but Council subsequently identified anomalies with the approval. The amendment will make the continued operation of the 'self storage facility at the site permissible with development consent.
