Shoalhaven Planning Proposal - Exceptions to minimum lot size provisions in Urban Release Areas

The planning proposal seeks to amend clause 4.1H "Exceptions to minimum subdivision lot sizes for dual occupancies and dwellings houses on certain land in Moss Vale Road South urban release areas" of Shoalhaven LEP 2014 to provide more flexibility in where 'small lots' (being lots generally in the range of 300sq.m to 500sq.m in size) can be provided in Urban Release Areas.
