This Planning Proposal seeks to:
Reclassify Lots 1 and 4, DP 914794 Cockburn Street, East Tamworth (part of the Paradise Caravan Park) from community to operational;
Reclassify Lot 70, DP 755333, ‘Park 44’ 43-45 Bass Street, Taminda from community to operational;
Rezone Lot 70 and Lot 119, DP 755333, ‘Park 44’ 43-45 Bass Street, Taminda from RE1 Public Recreation to RU4 Primary Production Small Lots and alter the minimum lot size from 0m2 to 40ha; and
Rezone Lot 619, DP 881986, 259 Sandy Road, Kootingal from RE1 Public Recreation to R1 General Residential and alter the minimum lot size from 0m2 to 600m2.
