The planning proposal seeks to rezone the subject land from RU1 Primary Production to RU4 Small Primary Production and to reduce the existing minimum lot size of 200 ha (AE) to 20 ha (AB3).
The subject site has a total area of 230 hectares. The proposed rezoning and minimum lot size amendment has the potential for the development of 11 small primary production lots.
