Amend Wagga Wagga LEP 2010 to;ITEM 1. NORTH WAGGA WAGGA RESTRICTIONS ON NEW DWELLINGS MAPAmend the 'North Wagga Wagga Restrictions on New Dwellings Map' to include an additional 31 flood prone residential lots. The lots are currently zoned RU5 Village Zone.ITEM 2. CLAUSE 7.1 RESTRICTIONS ON THE ERECTION ON NEW DWELLINGS IN NORTH WAGGA WAGGAAmend clause 7.1 Restrictions on the erection of new dwellings in North Wagga Wagga to clarify the intent of the clause, i.e. to restrict/control the erection of new dwellings or the alterations and additions to existing dwellings on land identified on the North Wagga Wagga Restrictions on New Dwellings Map. The proposed clause introduces new provisions to control alterations and additions in North Wagga Wagga.ITEM 3. AIRPORT CLAUSESIntroduce Model Clauses relating to development on land affected by the Obstacle Limitation Surface Map and Australian Noise Exposure Forecast Contour Map developed for Wagga Wagga airport.ITEM 4. MINIMUM LOT SIZE FOR CERTAIN SPLIT ZONES Introduce a Model Clause to enable the subdivision of a lot that has both an urban zone and an RU1 Primary Production Zone, RU2 Rural Landscape Zone, E2 Environmental Conservation Zone and/or RU6 Transition Zone. The proposed new clause will enable Council to approve a subdivision to create a residual lot to accommodate land zoned rural or environmental zone where the area of the proposed residual would not meet the current minimum lot size provisions.
