Cooks Cove

Bayside

To facilitate the development of part of the Cooks Cove precinct (sites 13-19A Marsh Street, Arncliffe) by removing the subject land from the operation of Chapter 6 of State Environmental Planning Policy (precincts – Eastern Harbour City) 2021 and insert new planning provisions into Bayside Local Environmental Plan. The project will deliver approximately 3,300 jobs near existing residential areas and transport.
