Proposed residential development and cultural centre located near Morgan Road, Belrose for the Metropolitan Local Aboriginal Land Council (Metro LALC).The Metro LALC has renamed their planning proposal, formally known as Lizard Rock, to the Patyegarang Planning Proposal. The decision to rename the planning proposal was made to better reflect the cultural significance of the site to the local Aboriginal community.
