Amended PP for Site 2 - Gladstone Village

Cumberland

The resolved Planning Proposal, seeks to make amendments to the Cumberland LEP 2021 to:
• Increase the Height of Buildings (HoB) control for Building D1, including communal roof top and lift overrun, from 39 metres (12 storeys) to 96 metres (30 storeys),
• Increase the Floor Space Ratio (FSR) control from 5:1 to 6.6:1 for Site 2, and • Introduce 500m2 of 'Commercial Premises' use Gross Floor Area within the Ground Floor Area of proposed Buildings D1 and D2 to amend Schedule 1 of the Cumberland LEP 2021
