Amendment 37 - Shiralee Hilltop Park

Rezone RE1 Public Recreation Zone land to reduce the scale of Hilltop Park creating 40 extra residential lots, as well as adjust the minimum lot size map applying to other parts of the site to create 10 extra residential lots (50 total). The proposal is supported by a letter of offer to enter a VPA to embellish the park at developers cost to a value greater than standard contributions.
