The proposed amendments relate to: the permissibility of land uses within Zone R5, the erection of dual occupancies (detached) in Zone RU2 clause; the boundary adjustment clause; the additional local provision clause that applies to Bark Hut Road and Newmans Road, Woolgoolga; the inclusion of exempt criteria in Schedule 2 for water storage facilities (dams); and the additional local provision clauses for Terrestrial Biodiversity and Koala Habitat. They shall implement items identified in the 5-year review.
