Seeking an additional provision under Liverpool LEP 2008, Part 7 (Additional Local Provisions), Division 2 (Other Provisions) to permit on the site the land use of a 'Shop' (For the purpose of a Supermarket) with a maximum gross floor area of 4,000m2.

Currently clause 7.23(2) of Liverpool LEP 2008 restricts the land use of a 'retail premises' to a maximum of 1,600 square metres.
