Planning Proposal - Norwest Marketown, 4-6 Century Circuit, Norwest
The Hills Shire
The planning proposal seeks to facilitate a high-density mixed use development comprising 117,330sqm of retail and commercial floor space and up to 854 residential dwellings within a built form of up to 36 storeys, as well as a 5,700sqm park adjoining Norwest Lake.
Proposed amendments to The Hills LEP 2019 include rezoning to MU1 Mixed Use, introducing a maximum incentive FSR of 5:1, increasing the maximum building height to RL 216m and introducing Additional Permitted Uses to the site.
