This planning proposal seeks to rezone the land located within the West Byron Bay Urban Release Area (WBURA) currently zoned under the Byron Local Environmental Plan 1988 (LEP 1988) into the Byron Local Environmental Plan 2014 (LEP 2014) Zones, and to transition the relevant provisions of Part 4 West Byron Bay Site of the LEP 1988 into the Byron Local Environmental Plan 2014 (LEP 2014).
