This planning proposal is to amend the Sydney Local Environmental Plan; to increase the building height control from 45m to RL 87.7m and floor space ratio control from 9.9:1 to 13.5:1 (inclusive of all bonuses) applying to 150 Day Street, Sydney. Any development application under this clause would need to demonstrate substantial retention of the existing structure, no additional overshadowing of public places in accordance with s6.18 of SLEP, and no residential or serviced apartments.
