Amending West Wallsend and Holmesville Heritage Conservation Area and Height of Building Standard

Amend the West Wallsend Heritage Conservation Area to include parts of Holmesville and locally listed heritage items. Reduction in the Height of Buildings from 10.0 metres to 8.5 metres in parts of the West Wallsend local centre and all of the Holmesville local centre. Ensure the long-term conservation of the local heritage significance, curtilage and built form of West Wallsend and Holmesville. Align Lake Macquarie Local Environmental Plan with the Lake Macquarie Development Control Plan.
