Amendment KLEP2015 - Floor Space Ratio (FSR) Provisions for Dual Occupancy

This planning proposal seeks amendment the Ku-ring-gai Local Environmental Plan 2015 (KLEP 2015) to include to include a floor space ratio (FSR) standard for dual occupancy development. the proposed provisions will complement the minimum lot size provisions for dual occupancy currently being finalised by DPHI. The proposal also seeks to remove dual occupancy as an additional permitted use for certain sites under Schedule 1.
