Dwellings: approximately 1,710, of which approximately 5% is proposed to be affordable/social housing

Proposal:  The site comprises large residential lots adjacent to the low density suburb of Glenmore Park. The proposal seeks to redevelop the site to provide a range of low, medium and higher density housing, and a local mixed use retail/commercial centre and open space.

The proposal was lodged on 14 September 2023.  The department is currently assessing the proposal and will then place it on exhibition to give stakeholders an opportunity to have their say. Stakeholders will be notified when the proposal is on exhibition
