Dwellings: approximately 500-800, of which approximately 15% is proposed to be affordable/social housing

Proposal: The site is currently a private caravan site. The proposal seeks to amend planning controls to allow for a master planned redevelopment to provide multiple apartment blocks, open space, and supporting retail uses.

The proposal was lodged on 14 September 2023.  The department is currently assessing the proposal and then will place it on exhibition to give stakeholders the opportunity to have their say. Stakeholders will be notified when the proposal is on exhibition.
