Amend the current zoning of portions of the site from R2 to R1 and RE1, remove the standard minimum lot size provisions relating to the portions of land to be rezoned R1, replace the minimum lot size provisions for the proposed R1 zoned land with a Dwelling Density clause which would state a minimum dwelling density of 25 dwellings per hectare and a maximum dwelling density of 35 dwellings per hectare, amend the minimum lot size provisions relating to the R2 Low Density Residential zone from 600m² to 300m
