Planning Proposal - Changes to Minimum Lot Size and Housekeeping Amendments

The proposal involves changes to the current minimum lot size for Junee, which is currently 500sqm across the RU5 Village zone. The proposed changes include increasing the majority of this area to 700sqm, with some targeted areas being reduced to 400sqm.
