PP 1, 3-9, 11 and 13 Spring St, 56, 66-70 and 72-76 Archer St, 35 Albert Ave, Chatswood

The PP seeks to amend WLEP 2012 to:
* Facilitate a non-residential development with a residential component as follows:
- A non-residential component of 70% and residential component of 30% (not including 35 Albert Ave). This would result in 284 residential apartments.
- 35 Albert Ave to be non-residential
* Make height:
- RL 190m on 72-76 Archer St
- 24m on 35 Albert Ave
* Make FSR:
- 12.86:1 on 1, 3-9, 11 and 13 Spring Street, 56, 66-70 and 72-76 Archer Street
- 4.4:1 on 35 Albert Ave
