Westmead South Planning Proposal
Cumberland
The Westmead South Planning Proposal seeks to implement the vision of the Westmead South sub-precinct outlined in the Westmead Place Strategy 2036, through amendments to Cumberland Local Environmental Plan 2021. Amendments to the planning controls of land zoning, height of building, floor space ratio, minimum lot size, key sites and heritage items, and introduction of planning controls for incentive height of building, incentive floor space ratio and affordable housing are proposed.
