Hay Shire Housing Facilitation Project

Removal of the 550sqm minimum lot size applicable to land in RU5 Village and convert 3 lots from RU1 Primary Production to R2 Low Density Residential Zone, also resulting in minimum lot size to be reduced from 90ha to 1,500sqm for these lots. This is to allow for the development of smaller houses on smaller lots, as well as expanding the "residential" zones to allow for more houses in the town area.
