Planning Proposal - Harbord Hotel (29-31 Moore Rd and 64 Undercliff Rd, Freshwater)

Northern Beaches

The intention of the planning proposal is to facilitate the development and operation of hotel accommodation to be integrated and managed in association with the existing Harbord Hotel site (and bottle shop).

Proposed amendments to the Warringah LEP 2011 include amending Clause 14 of Schedule 2 (Additional Permitted Uses) to permit with consent:
- hotel accommodation and pubs on Lot 6, Section 1, DP 7022, and
- hotel accommodation on Lots 1-5 & Lot 13, Section 1, DP 7022.
