Additional Permitted Use for a Service Station - 1055 Bruxner Highway, Goonellabah

The objective of this planning proposal is to enable a service station to be permitted with consent on part of 1055 Bruxner Highway, Goonellabah (part Lot 42 DP 868366). It will also enable the subject land (northern part of the lot cut be the highway) to be subdivided from the balance of the lot located on the southern side of the Bruxner Highway.
