Amendment No 9 - Amend Temora LEP 2010 - Rezone land at Ariah Park to RU1 Primary Production, RU5 Village and R5 Large Lot Residential and amend minimum lot size controls

The planning proposal seeks to amend the Temora LEP 2010 as follows:

- Rezone land at Ariah Park from RU1 Primary Production to RU5 Village and reduce the minimum lot size from 40 hectares to 2000sqm.
- Rezone land at Ariah Park from RU1 Primary Production to R5 Large Lot Residential and reduce the minimum lot size from 40 hectares to 1 hectare.
- Rezone land at Ariah Park from R5 Large Lot Residential to RU1 Primary Production and increase the minimum lot size from 2 hectares to 40 hectares.
