North Street Perthville Correction of Residential Zoning Boundary

Council has discovered an error in its LEP mapping which relates to Lot 4 Section 3 DP 758840, 62 North Street Perthville NSW 2795. The land was previously zoned 2(a) Residential under LEP 2005. When LEP 2014 was gazetted the land incorrectly zoned RU4 Primary Production Small Lots, instead of R1 General Residential. There is an approved and active Development Consent for residential subdivision which applies to the land. The PP will reinstate the residential zoning.
