Planning Proposal - 3b-11 Loftus Street, 1-5 Burton Street , 10-12 Gipps Street Concord

The Proposal is seeking to rezone the land to R4 High Density Residential; increase the height and FSR controls to 75m and 5.0:1 respectively, removing the base and incentive height and FSR controls; and amend the Additional Permitted Uses Map to include the subject site; and amend Schedule 1 Additional Permitted Uses to permit a restaurant or cafe in the proposed R4 High Density Residential zone.
