Policy and Housekeeping Amendments

Note: In accordance with the Gateway determination for PP-2023-2785, the proposed amendments to the planning controls for build-to-rent and co-living housing were included in a new planning proposal submitted for a separate Gateway determination. The remaining policy and housekeeping amendments from PP-2023-2785 have been submitted in a new planning proposal (PP-2024-709).

Policy and housekeeping amendments to the Sydney LEP 2012 and the Green Square Town Centre LEPs. The planning proposal also seeks to transfer the planning controls for Harold Park, the Glebe Affordable Housing Project, Central Park, 216-412 Gardeners Road, Rosebery and parts of Redfern, Waterloo and Eveleigh from ‘legacy’ LEPs and the Eastern Harbour City SEPP into the Sydney LEP 2012. The planning proposal is supported by amendments to the Sydney DCP 2012 and the Council's Competitive Design Policy.
