The Planning Proposal seeks to amend the Land Zoning of Lots 1-2 & Lots 14-20 Section 6, DP976660, Lot 1 DP783330, and a section of unformed road reserve, on the Bruxner Highway (Johnston Street) Casino (and immediately to the east of the existing Cassino Drive Industrial Precinct) from Zone RU1 Primary Production to Zone IN1 General Industry, with a Minimum Lot Size reduction from 40ha to 750m.sq.
