The planning proposal seeks to increase the floor space ratio control from 5:1 to 9:1 and increase the maximum height of building control from 49 metres to 96 metres to facilitate a 30 storey mixed use development across two (2) iconic towers above a commercial podium with a 2000mý public library space, pedestrian laneway and public plaza being dedicated to Council as part of a Voluntary Planning Agreement that will accompany the project.
