Amend The Hills LEP 2019 as follows:
- Rezone subject site (multiple sites) from E4 Environmental Living to R4 High Density Residential and E2 Environmental Conservation.
- Increase maximum height of buildings from 9m to a range of heights up to RL226m (ranging from 1-15 storeys).
- Introducing a floor space ratio provision on site of 3.7:1
