The proposed development incorporates:-90 'tourist residential dwellings-Tourist accommodation (hotel, spa resort, convention centre & serviced apartments)-Commercial activities (food, shops and cafes, specialist sporting goods, art gallery andgeneral retail)-Public buildings (transport interchange and information centre)An indicative masterplan accompanies the draft submission from the proponent setting outthe intended layout of roads and buildings.
