Pre-Gateway Review for 10-20 Brooks Point Road, Appin

This proposal on behalf of Appin Farmers and Ausland Development seeks to amend the development controls applying to land at 10-20 Brooks Point Road, Appin by:- rezoning the site from RU2 Rural Landscape to partial R2 Low Density Residential, B2 Local Centre, E2 Environmental Conservation, E4 Environmental Living and SP2 Infrastructure (Road); - decreasing the minimum lot size; and - applying a maximum building height of 9 metres for part of the site.
