* rezoning the subject land from SP2 Infrastructure (Car Park) and R2 Low Density Residential to part R3 Medium Density Residential, part RE1 Public Recreation and part RE2 Private Recreation;
*amending height, floor space ratio and minimum lot size controls;
* amending Schedule 1 to permit flood mitigation works as an additional use; and
* identifying the land as a 'Key Site'.
