The proposal supports the development of the site which will facilitate 320 dwellings, of which at least 50% (160 dwellings) will be designated affordable housing units, managed by Pacific Community Housing, a registered and accredited housing provider, for a period of 15 years in accordance with the provisions of Clause 40 of the Housing SEPP. Indicative development outcomes suggest 2 x 25 storey towers above a 2-8 storey podium as a possible development outcome which will be subject to a State Design Review.
