The proposal is to permit a Residential Flat Building Use on the site 26 Rosebery Street, Heathcote using the provisions of Clause 39 of the Housing SEPP (2021).
An accompanying concept scheme proposes a part three, part four storey residential flat building comprising 18 apartments (of which 50% or 9 dwellings will be designated affordable). The proposed apartments will comprise of one studio, 12 one-bedroom apartments and five two-bedroom apartments.
