Application for a site compatibility certificate – SCC2020LPOOL-1

I am writing to advise that an application for a site compatibility certificate, dated 4 August 2020, has been submitted to the Department of Planning and Environment and to request that the Sydney Western City Planning Panel review the application.

The application seeks a site compatibility certificate for a proposed seniors housing development involving 142 residential care beds, 93 independent retirement living units under the Seniors Housing SEPP along with 80 sqm retail tenancies at ground level at 18 Randwick Close, Casula.
