The development involves the demolition of the existing vacant nursing home buildings and the development of a new seniors housing complex comprising of:
- 4 Storey residential building fronting Bronte Rd consisting of; 14 self contained units (2 bedrooms), community facilities, a chapel and basement level parking.
- 3-4 Storey residential care facility to the south of the site consisting of; 99 bed sitting rooms (33 dementia beds), common dining and lounge facilities one ach level, a central landscaped courtyard with lift access, office facilities, a public café and basement car park.
- Courtyard plaza separating the two buildings with a sheltered access link.
