Site Compatibility Certificate - Aged Care Facility - Settlers Rise, Singleton - 3 Maison Dieu Road Gowrie - Lot 2 DP 1195454

The proposed aged care facility will provide 58 beds and a combination of 108 self care dwellings, units and rooms to provide for both low and high care residents.
In addition to this, the Facility will include its own private shuttle bus, swimming pool, gymnasium and men's shed.
The Site Compatibility Certificate is sought in respect to the portion of the site that is currently zoned RE2 - Private Recreation under the Singleton LEP 2013.
