2016/7879 - 14 Avery's Lane, Heddon Greta

The developer is seeking to subdivide the subject land into approximately 34 residential lots generally in accordance with Development Application DA8/2016/115/1 lodged with Cessnock City Council and has made an offer to the Minister to enter into the Planing Agreement in connection with the proposed development.

The Planning Agreement provides that the developer will make a monetary contribution of $72,440 per hectare of net developable area (subject to indexation) for the purposes of the provision of designated State public infrastructure.
