indexation in accordance with the Planning Agreement) (Development Contribution) for the purposes of contributing to designated State public infrastructure within the meaning of clauses 7.25 and 8.1 of Parramatta Local Environmental Plan 2011 (LEP), which despite its repeal, continues to apply to DA/837/2022 by virtue of clause 1.8A of the Parramatta Local Environmental Plan 2023.
