192 Narellan Road, Campbelltown Morehuman Property No1 Pty Ltd Planning Agreement

The Developer is seeking to subdivide the Subject Land to create approximately 13 community title lots, including 1 community property lot (over two parts) to contain the existing dam and riparian land, and associated infrastructure, generally in accordance with the plan in Schedule 7 of the Planning Agreement and with DA 1/2022/DA-SW lodged with Campbelltown City Council (Proposed Development). The Developer has made an offer to the Minister to enter into the Planning Agreement in connection with the Proposed Development.The Planning Agreement provides that the Developer will make a monetary contribution of $101,263 per hectare of net developable area (subject to indexation in accordance with the Planning Agreement)
