2013/6807 - Oakdale Central and Oakdale South Horsley Park

The purpose of the Planning Agreement is to provide for the making of the Development Contributions by the Developers to the Minister for the provision of infrastructure for public purposes, in connection with the Oakdale Central Development, the Oakdale South Development and the Erskine Park Development in accordance with the Planning Agreement.

The Developers have offered to enter into the Planning Agreement with the Minister to provide for and secure the Development Contributions.

The Planning Agreement provides that the Developers will make monetary contributions of $180,000 per hectare of Net Developable Area (NDA) of the Oakdale Central Land and the Oakdale South Land (subject to indexation), and will make a monetary contribution in relation to the development of the Erskine Park Land which is set out in the planning approval for that land (subject to indexation).
