The Planning Agreement applies to Lot 72 in Deposited Plan 7091 known as 77-91 Warnervale Road, Warnervale NSW 2259.
The Developer is seeking to subdivide the Subject Land into approximately 61 residential lots and to provide of an environmental corridor and associated infrastructure, generally in accordance with the plan in Schedule 7 at the end of the explanatory note and Development Application DA/385/2023 lodged with the Central Coast Council. The Planning Agreement provides that the Developer will make a monetary contribution of $108,033 per hectare of net developable area (subject to indexation in accordance with the Planning Agreement for the purposes of the provision of designated State public infrastructure within the meaning of clause 6.1 of the Central Coast Local Environmental Plan 2022 .
