The Planning Agreement as varied by the Variation Deed provides that the Developer will make the following Development Contributions: 1) A Regional Road Contribution, at a rate of $105,340 per Net Developable Hectare (subject to indexation in accordance with the Planning Agreement) for the purpose of regional transport infrastructure and services; 2) Road Improvement Works to be undertaken in accordance with a Road Works Agreement; and 3) Education Contribution Land for the intended use as a primary school.
