The subject modification proposes to increase the size of the roof top terrace, which will create additional communal open space for future residents. Condition A1 (Development in Accordance with Plans/documentation) will be amended to reflect the revised Architectural Plans. The modification will replace the approved skylights with glass bricks to allow for daylight access whilst provide acoustic and visual privacy for the unit below and therefore Condition C12 (skylights) will need to be removed.
